VNA programs are customized to the individual needs of the patient and family, in conjunction with the physician’s medical orders for treatment and care. You have the right to choose your home health care provider – a decision that can significantly impact the quality and continuity of your health care.
Anyone may call for services. If you or someone you care about needs home health care or rehabilitation therapies after hospitalization, request VNA. VNA Home Health Care and Hospice Services are covered by Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurances. Services are provided to all who qualify regardless of their ability to pay. We are a Medicare-certified home health agency, Medicare-certified hospice, Medicaid provider, and Pennsylvania Department of Health licensed.
