The LECOM Health Institute for Successful Aging, in partnership with the Erie County Department of Health, is operating a comprehensive COVID-19 resource and response center (LECOM COVID RRC) to provide Erie County residents greater access to COVID vaccinations, testing and education.

The LECOM COVID RRC will be located at the LECOM Center for Health & Aging, 3910 Schaper Avenue, and open to the public the following schedule:

Monday            9 AM – 5 PM

Tuesday           9 AM – 7 PM

Wednesday      9 AM – 5 PM

Thursday         9 AM – 5 PM

Friday              9 AM – 5 PM

Additional early morning hours will be offered for COVID testing at the LECOM Senior Living Center front lobby drive-thru lane, 5535 Peach Street, Monday – Friday 7:30 AM – 9 AM.

All vaccinations and tests are free to all Erie County residents.  Attendees should bring identification and their insurance card for vaccinations.  Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Available COVID-19 vaccinations include all doses and boosters.  Anyone 18-years of age and older get can get either 1st, 2nd, or Booster doses of the Pfizer, Moderna or Johnson & Johnson vaccine.  Booster shots are approved for those 12-years of age and older for the Pfizer vaccine only. The Moderna and Johnson and Johnson vaccines are approved boosters for those 18 years of age and older.

Those 5 years and older can receive a 1st or 2nd dose of the Pfizer vaccine (the only vaccine currently approved in this population). Neither the Moderna nor the Johnson and Johnson vaccines have been approved in the under 18 population yet.

Educational information on COVID-19 vaccinations and treatments will also be available at the clinics.
